All Products Available for Collection or Delivery

We deliver throughout most of the South East of England. All our products — turf, topsoil, compost, bark mulch, grass seed and lawn treatments — are available loose or bagged, for collection or prompt delivery.

The minimum turf order for delivery is 30 m². Smaller turf orders can be collected from our yard.

Order by 3pm

Online orders received by 3pm Monday–Thursday are normally delivered within 3 working days.

Tail-Lift Offloading

Deliveries use tail-lift offloading with a pallet trolley to the kerbside delivery point.

We'll Be in Touch

Please provide a contact telephone number so we can confirm your delivery.

Be Present or Leave Instructions

We prefer you on site to direct drivers, but we can deliver with detailed instructions if you're out.

Delivery Dates

Online orders received by 3pm Monday–Thursday can normally be delivered within 3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday morning are normally delivered from the following Tuesday.

Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number when placing an order so we can confirm the delivery. Please advise us of any height, width or weight restrictions that may apply to the approach of your property. During busy periods delivery times may be extended slightly.

Delivery Area

Prices quoted include delivery throughout most of the South East of England. Deliveries further afield will attract a surcharge. We are confident we can deliver to most addresses.

Loose loads: the 1 tonne, 1 cubic metre and 3 cubic metre loose options do not go further than 30 minutes drive from TN25 6PF. Larger loose loads — 10 tonne and 20 tonne — are delivered within the Kent area as standard, with deliveries further afield arranged on request. Not sure which applies to your order? Call us on 01233 621261.

Nationwide: weed killers, grass seed and fertilisers are sent by courier to any mainland UK address, so the local delivery area does not apply to those products.

Delivery Criteria

We prefer customers to be on site to direct our drivers, but we're happy to deliver without you being present as long as you give detailed instructions. We do not accept liability for theft or damage of items left, and it will be at the driver's discretion whether the requested spot is safe.

Access requirements: Delivery vehicles use tail-lift offloading. The vehicle must be able to park near the delivery point. A pallet trolley is used to manoeuvre products to the kerbside — this can only be used on a smooth, level surface such as concrete, tarmac or paving (not gravel). Please inform us of any access problems.
