Gallup Biograde 360 Systemic Weed Killer
Gallup Biograde 360 Systemic Weed Killer 5L The new glyphosate formulation from the popular brand, Gallup. Foliar applied total herbicide which travels down to the root of the weed. Controls a wide range of annual and perennial grass and broad-leaved weeds in numerous areas such as, orchards, forests and grassland. Full Description Gallup Biograde Weed Killer is the new formulation from the popular brand, Gallup. It is a foliar applied total herbicide for the control of annual and perennial grass and broad-leaved weeds. It can be used in many crops, for the destruction of grassland, in orchards, green cover on land not being used for production, forestry and non-crop areas. This is a quality glyphosate formulation which will control all general weeds and grasses. Although, some larger or tougher weeds may need the application rate increasing to 6L/ha or 600ml per 10L of water. Leaf symptoms (usually a reddening and then yellowing of the foliage) are first seen on grass weeds; the same symptoms appear slightly later on broad-leaved weeds. If you are treating horsetail we recommend using Diamond. Horses and livestock should be excluded from treated areas until all poisonous weeds (such as ragwort) have died and there is no visible evidence of the dead weed. To improve how fast this product works, consider mixing in Activator-g 1L which is a powerful herbicide enhancer. We also have this product in a 20L Container. Recommended Dilution Rates Rate Per Hectare | Dilution Per Litre | Weeds Controlled 3 Litres | 15ml per litre of water | Annual grasses, annual broad-leaved weeds 5-7 Litres | 25ml per litre of water | Most perennial weeds Apply this product in a medium-fine spray to a dry leaf in still conditions. Avoid spraying in the heat of the day, or when rain is forecast as this may hamper its effectiveness. Our Recommendation Always read the product label before use. Save time and money and mix in with Blue Dye to ensure no areas are missed or overdosed. Around plants consider using a Weed Wiper to avoid any spray drift, especially in windy conditions. If treating waxy weeds such as Ivy or Bracken use Roundup Pro Vantage 480. Annual weeds should be actively growing at the time of application. Grasses should have at least 5cm of leaf and broad-leaved weeds should have at least two expanded leaves when sprayed. Always wear protective clothing, such as Chemical Resistant Gloves, when handling Gallup Biograde. 16-16-16 Nutrigrow Triple-16 Fertiliser 20kg Ideal for treating grass that is going to be grazed or made into hay. Very flexible- contains balanced levels of three macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium). Full Description Nutrigrow 16-16-16 (or Triple 16) is a quality NPK fertiliser which offers a balanced feed. Triple 16 can be used as a standard treatment for feeding grass which will be grazed or used to make hay. It is one of the most flexible blends of fertiliser we offer as it delivers the same amount of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium. This balanced formulation can be particularly useful if you are treating areas slightly deficient in phosphate or potassium, as you are also delivering nitrogen which will be needed to promote top growth. The application rate will depend on how many times you apply the product, and also what the grass is going to be used for. For a general feed, we recommend 60-100kg per acre. If you require a product with a higher level of nitrogen, then consider 20-10-10 Fertiliser. If you require a fertiliser with no nitrogen, then consider looking at 0-24-24. This product is also available in a 600kg Bulk Bag. Understanding Fertiliser Analysis: Under the metric system, the unit of measurement is a kg. Recommendations are given in kg/ha. A fertiliser with the analysis 16:16:16 contains: 16% nitrogen, 16% phosphate, 16% potassium. So in a 20kg bag: 16% of the 20kg is nitrogen i.e. 3.2kg N, 16% of the 20kg is phosphate i.e. 3.2kg P, 16% of the 20kg is potassium i.e. 3.2kg K. Our Recommendation Always read the product label before use. Do not graze until all fertiliser prills have completely dissolved, typically 2-3 days. 6-9-6 Nutrigrow Pre-Seeder Fertiliser 20kg Pre Seeder 6-9-6 is a quality NPK fertiliser which is ideal for use on areas before or after seeding. Pre Seeder 6-9-6 contains a low, balanced amount of nutrients which will help avoid any scorch to young & tender grass as it slowly releases over a 6-week period. The combination of the 3 macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium) help plants grow healthily and produce a higher crop yield. Each of the macronutrients have their own benefits; nitrogen aids with photosynthesis, phosphate helps plants convert other nutrients into usable building blocks with which to grow and potassium regulates CO2 uptake during photosynthesis.
