Full Description Nutri-Gem® is a 15-15-15 NPK water soluble suspension containing a unique package of organic seaweed stimulants and fully chelated trace elements. Nutri-Gem is ideal as a stand alone fertiliser and also boasts a proven track record of superior stress relief and plant health promotion in plants, lawns, vegetables, grassland, fruit and many other crops. Nutri-Gem combines the benefits of naturally occurring kelp and a balanced nutritional programme provided by a full range of macro and trace elements. The biostimulants and nutrients found in Nutri-Gem produce improved root growth and nutrient uptake which is greater than the two applied separately. This product can be used to the best effect when the crop is under stress. Nutri-Gem can also be used as a foliar fertiliser on a wide range of crops to aid crop colour and increase vigour and growth. Effects will often be seen within hours. It can be sprayed on through a normal nozzle and is compatible with most other herbicides & pesticides, although a compatibility test is advised prior to treating an area. The combination of the 3 macronutrients within Spring-Gem® (Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potassium) helps plants and grass grow healthily and produces more crop yield. Each of the macronutrients have their own benefits; nitrogen aids with photosynthesis, phosphate helps plants convert other nutrients into usable building blocks with which to grow and potassium regulates CO² uptake during photosynthesis. Foliar fertilisers are more readily available to the plant when compared to granular fertilisers as they are absorbed through the leaf tissue rather than the root system, therefore the effects of using a foliar fertiliser are seen much quicker. We recommend using Spring-Gem from March-July when the grass is actively growing. Avoid spraying when ground is stressed due to frost or drought. Ferro-Gem Liquid Iron
Ferro-Gem Liquid Iron Full Description Ferro gem® is a 6% straight iron which is used to green and toughen up grass. This product can be used all year round, although it is particularly useful during the colder months as it will help strengthen the plant against frost and disease. The active ingredient, iron, is absorbed by the leaf giving rapid results. This product is ideal for treating large areas such as horse paddocks & amenity areas. Whilst ferrous sulphate is not harmful or hazardous, we would recommend keeping livestock off the treated area for 24-48 hours as a precaution. Apply Ferro gem® by knapsack or boom sprayer to ensure there is good coverage of the grass. Use 600-800L of water per hectare to help improve coverage of thicker swards of grass. If you are using Ferro gem® on thick infestations on grass, consider using Ruby which will help improve penetration and results by up to 20%. Full Description Nutrigrow Phased Release 18-3.5-8+1Mg is an organic-based, high-quality NPK fertiliser which is ideal for treating amenity areas such as lawns and sports pitches. This product is ideal for areas which require the feed to be slowly released over a 12-16 week period. Slow/phased release fertilisers help avoid any sudden, rapid growth and also reduce the risk of scorch to the grass. As well as the three main macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium), Phased Release also contains some trace elements, such as magnesium, which are particularly useful in aiding maximum nutrient uptake. This is a mini-granular compound fertiliser which offers an excellent spreading pattern. The application rate will depend on how many times you intend to apply the product and how much top growth you require. Please note that this product may need vigorous agitating to loosen. Full Description Easy Flow Soluble Iron Sulphate is a high-quality, fast-dissolving formulation designed to green and strengthen grass throughout the year. This high-quality 20% iron formulation can be used all year round, providing consistent results in every season. The moisture is carefully removed before packaging, making it less prone to clumping or compacting compared to other iron sulphate products. This highly soluble blend dissolves quickly, even in cooler water, ensuring easy and efficient application across lawns, pitches and sports turf. Ideal for improving grass colour, hardening turf and suppressing moss (though not claimed as moss control), it also helps correct iron chlorosis, reducing pale or lime green patches for a richer, healthier appearance. This particular Iron sulphate has a built-in acidifier system which helps to slow the oxidising effect, which in turn blocks nozzles & sprayers. **Due to recent changes in the law, products which contain ferrous sulphate can no longer be claimed to have control against moss. This is because any product which 'controls' moss is now classed as a herbicide, and this requires the product to have an expensive and complex approval. Due to this, we are unable to claim that this product will control moss; In spite of the fact that the product formulation has not changed since when it was used to control moss with very good results** Iron Sulphate is very hygroscopic and will absorb water on contact with moisture in the air. 16-16-16 Nutrigrow Triple-16 Fertiliser 20kg Ideal for treating grass that is going to be grazed or made into hay. Very flexible- contains balanced levels of three macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium). Full Description Nutrigrow 16-16-16 (or Triple 16) is a quality NPK fertiliser which offers a balanced feed. Triple 16 can be used as a standard treatment for feeding grass which will be grazed or used to make hay. It is one of the most flexible blends of fertiliser we offer as it delivers the same amount of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium. This balanced formulation can be particularly useful if you are treating areas slightly deficient in phosphate or potassium, as you are also delivering nitrogen which will be needed to promote top growth. The application rate will depend on how many times you apply the product, and also what the grass is going to be used for. For a general feed, we recommend 60-100kg per acre. If you require a product with a higher level of nitrogen, then consider 20-10-10 Fertiliser. If you require a fertiliser with no nitrogen, then consider looking at 0-24-24.
